Our hens are free to roam in healthy pastures. They have the freedom to forage through grass and enjoy fresh air and sunshine. Pastured eggs are definitely the gold standard of eggs. It is often hard to find true pasture-raised eggs unless you personally know someone who keeps their own chickens. At Pemberley we are committed to provide fresh eggs from our chickens that are more than just free-range.
*The difference between pastured and free-range eggs: Free-range are allowed some form of outdoor access. The amount of outdoor access is nebulous and just because your eggs say “free-range” doesn’t mean that chickens spend their lives running around a happy farm.
